  "text": "Regulation 7 is amended as follows—\n(a) in paragraph (1)—\n(i) omit “maintain”;\n(ii) at the beginning of sub-paragraph (a) insert “ maintain ”;\n(iii) at the end of sub-paragraph (a) omit “and”;\n(iv) at the beginning of sub-paragraph (b) insert “ maintain ”;\n(v) after “Secretary of State” in sub-paragraph (b), insert—\n“, and\n(c) in respect of each approved inspector listed, keep a copy of—\n(i) the approval certificate, and\n(ii) the declaration of insurance referred to in regulation 5A;”; and\n(b) in paragraph (3), at the end of sub-paragraph (a)—\n(i) omit “and”; and\n(ii) insert—\n“(aa) in respect of each approved inspector listed, keep a copy of—\n(i) the approval certificate, and\n(ii) the declaration of insurance referred to in regulation 5A; and”.",
