# The Building Regulations &c. (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 2: Interpretation

Extent: E+W

In these Regulations—
“the 2010 Regulations” means the Building Regulations 2010;
“the Building Amendment Regulations” means the Building Regulations &c. (Amendment) Regulations 2012; and
“the EPB Regulations” means the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012.
