  "text": "Regulations 2(3), (5), (6), (8), (9), and (11)(a) and (b), and 3(3) to (9) shall not apply in relation to building work in respect of which a building notice, an initial notice, a plans certificate, an amendment notice or a public body’s notice has been given to, or full plans deposited with, a local authority before 1st October 2015.",
