# The Building Regulations &c. (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2013, Regulation 23: Electronic service of documents


In regulation 48(1)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (d) after “regulation 17” insert “or regulation 17A”; and
(b) after sub-paragraph (g) insert—
“(ga) a notice under regulation 25A;”.
