# The Building Regulations &c. (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2013, Regulation 7: Notice of commencement and completion of certain stages of work


In Regulation 16(5), after the words “where a building is being erected”, add “to which the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 applies, or will apply after the completion of the work”.
