  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Building Regulations etc. (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2025.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on 7th October 2025.\n(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and apply in England only.\n(4) In these Regulations—\n“the 2010 Regulations” means the Building Regulations 2010;\n“the RBCA Regulations” means the Building (Registered Building Control Approvers etc.) (England) Regulations 2024.",
