# The Building Regulations etc. (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2025, Regulation 3: Amendment to regulation 18

In regulation 18 (compliance declarations) at the end of paragraph 18(e) substitute the full stop for a comma and insert—
“and if for any reason the client is unable to include a statement under this paragraph for a person mentioned in this paragraph, the client must include a statement giving the reasons why that person’s statement has not been included.”.
