Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, extent and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Building Regulations etc. (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2026.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 24th March 2027.

(3)

Regulations 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 come into force in relation to HRB work or work to existing HRB on 24th September 2027.

(4)

These Regulations extend to England and Wales and apply to buildings and building work in England.
