  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“the 2013 Regulations” means the Building Regulations &c. (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2013;\n“the 2021 Regulations” means the Building Regulations etc. (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2021;\n“building” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the Building Regulations;\n“building control approval application for a stage of HRB work” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the HRB Regulations;\n“building control approval application for HRB work” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the HRB Regulations;\n“building control approval application for work to existing HRB” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the HRB Regulations;\n“Building Regulations” means the Building Regulations 2010;\n“building work” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the Building Regulations;\n“HRB Regulations” means the Building (Higher-Risk Buildings Procedures) (England) Regulations 2023;\n“HRB work” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the HRB Regulations;\n“work to existing HRB” has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the HRB Regulations.",
