  "text": "(1) The enactments mentioned in Part I of the Schedule to this Order shall be repealed to the extent specified in the third column of the Schedule.\n(2) The enactments mentioned in Part II of the Schedule to this Order shall be repealed, so far as they relate to matters as to which the Minister of Public Building and Works has power to make building regulations, to the extent specified in the third column of the Schedule.",
