  "text": "This Order repeals provisions in Local Acts and Orders governing matters within the scope of the powers of the Minister of Public Building and Works to make building regulations.\nThe provisions specified in Part II.of the Schedule relate also to matters outside those powers, and to that extent remain in force.\nThere are transitional provisions of general application.",
