  "text": "(1) Construction products regulations may make—\n(a) different provision for different purposes;\n(b) different provision for or in relation to different parts of the United Kingdom;\n(c) transitional, transitory, consequential and supplementary provision or savings.\n(2) The provision made by paragraphs 2 to 19 does not limit the power conferred by paragraph 1.",
