  "text": "(1) Section 22 is amended as follows.\n(2) For “local authority”, in each place it occurs, substitute “building control authority”.\n(3) In subsection (2) for the words from “for whose drainage” to the end substitute “if building control approval has been given in respect of work comprising drainage for the building.”",
