  "text": "(1) Section 24 is amended as follows.\n(2) For “local authority”, in each place it occurs, substitute “building control authority”.\n(3) In subsection (1)—\n(a) in paragraph (a) for the words from “plans” to “deposited with” substitute “an application for building control approval in respect of a building or an extension of a building is made to”;\n(b) in the words after paragraph (b) for “plans” substitute “application”.\n(4) In subsection (2) for “plans are deposited” substitute “an application for building control approval is made”.",
