  "text": "(1) Section 25 is amended as follows.\n(2) For “local authority”, in each place it occurs, substitute “building control authority”.\n(3) In subsection (1)—\n(a) for “plans of a house are, in accordance with building regulations, deposited with” substitute “an application for building control approval in respect of a house is made to”;\n(b) for “the plans” substitute “the application”.\n(4) In subsection (2)—\n(a) for “plans are deposited” substitute “an application for building control approval is made”;\n(b) for “pass the plans” substitute “grant the application”.\n(5) In subsection (3) for “plans as aforesaid have been passed” substitute “application has been granted”.",
