# Building Safety Act 2022, Paragraph 4

(1) Section 2 is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1) for “Secretary of State” substitute “appropriate national authority”.
(3) In subsections (3) and (4) for “local authority” substitute “building control authority”.
