# Building Safety Act 2022, Paragraph 63

Extent: E+W

(1) Section 100 is amended as follows.
(2) For “local authority”, in each place it occurs, substitute “relevant authority”.
(3) After subsection (3) insert—
“(4) In this section “relevant authority” means a local authority or the regulator.”
