# Building Safety Act 2022, Paragraph 68

(1) Section 107 is amended as follows.
(2) For “local authority”, in each place it occurs, substitute “relevant authority”.
(3) After subsection (5) insert—
“(6) In this section “relevant authority” means a local authority or the regulator.”
