# Building Safety Act 2022, Paragraph 78

Extent: E+W

(1) Section 121 is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2) for “Secretary of State” substitute “appropriate national authority”.
(3) After subsection (3) insert—
“(4) Nothing in this section applies in relation to section 120D or 120I.”
