  "text": "After section 125 insert—\n“Meaning of work\n125A (1) In the relevant provisions references to work include a material change of use as defined by building regulations.\n(2) The appropriate national authority may by regulations provide that in a specified relevant provision references to work include any specified matter.\n(3) “Relevant provision” means any provision of the following—\n(a) Part 1 except sections 2(3) to (5), 20(9), 21(7), 22(2), 33(3A), 36, 37 and paragraph 1G of Schedule 1;\n(b) Part 2;\n(c) Part 2A;\n(d) sections 91ZA to 91ZD;\n(e) section 101A;\n(f) section 105C;\n(g) section 120I(3).\n(4) In this section “specified” means specified by regulations under this section.”",
