# Building Safety Act 2022, Paragraph 84

(1) Schedule 2 is amended as follows.
(2) For “local authority”, in each place it occurs, substitute “building control authority”.
(3) In paragraphs 2 and 3(5) for “Secretary of State” substitute “appropriate national authority”.
