  "heading": "Recovery of service charge amounts from landlords",
  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for and in connection with the recovery, from a prescribed relevant landlord, of any amount that is not recoverable under a lease as a result of this Schedule.\n(2) In this paragraph “relevant landlord”, in relation to a lease, means the landlord under the lease or any superior landlord.",
