Regulation 7 Charges for local authorities and the building control profession

The person who makes the application must pay the charge for the performance of the chargeable functions under sub-paragraphs (p) or (q) of regulation 3(2), as applicable.

A local authority or a registered building control approver, which is the subject of an inspection under section 58Z8 of the 1984 Act, must pay the charge arising from the performance of the chargeable function under sub-paragraph (r) of regulation 3(2).
