  "heading": "Reimbursement of damages paid by special measures manager",
  "text": "(1) This paragraph applies where—\n(a) a special measures manager is, by virtue of paragraph 8 or 9, subject to a liability to pay damages in respect of anything that was done (or not done) by or on behalf of an accountable person before the date of the manager’s appointment, and\n(b) the manager pays the damages.\n(2) The accountable person is liable to reimburse to the manager an amount equal to the amount of damages paid by the manager.",
