# Building Safety (Wales) Act 2026, Paragraph 3: Existing notices issued under the Fire Safety Order

Extent: E+W
Status: prospective

The amendment made by paragraph 10 of Schedule 3 does not apply in relation to an alteration notice, an enforcement notice or a prohibition notice that was served on a person before that paragraph came into force (and, accordingly, the Fire Safety Order continues to apply in relation to such a notice as if that amendment had not been made).
