  "text": "(1) A person commits an offence if, with intent to deceive, the person impersonates an authorised officer.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) is liable on summary conviction to a fine.\n(3) A person commits an offence if the person intentionally obstructs an authorised officer exercising, or seeking to exercise, any function under this Part.\n(4) A person guilty of an offence under subsection (3) is liable on summary conviction to a fine.",
