  "heading": "Application of this Part to the Crown",
  "text": "(1) An information notice or compliance notice may not be given to the Crown.\n(2) A prohibition notice—\n(a) may not be given to—\n(i) the Crown;\n(ii) any other person in relation to Crown premises;\n(b) does not bind the Crown.\n(3) Sections 103 to 105 (powers of entry) do not apply in relation to Crown premises.\n(4) A special measures order may not appoint a special measures manager to carry out any functions of the Crown as an accountable person.",
