  "heading": "Regulations requiring provision of information: confidentiality and data protection",
  "text": "(1) Regulations under sections 39, 49, 50 and 87 may provide that a disclosure of information by a person in accordance with the regulations does not breach—\n(a) any obligation of confidence owed by the person in relation to the information, or\n(b) any other restriction on the disclosure of information (however imposed).\n(2) But see also section 183A of the Data Protection Act 2018 (c. 12) (protection of requirements for processing personal data).",
