  "text": "(1) The following provisions come into force on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent—\n(a) sections 1 to 9;\n(b) sections 13 to 17;\n(c) sections 133 to 136;\n(d) section 137(3) and (4);\n(e) this section;\n(f) section 140.\n(2) The other provisions of this Act come into force on a day appointed by the Welsh Ministers in an order made by Welsh statutory instrument.\n(3) An order under subsection (2) may make transitional or saving provision.",
