  "heading": "Meaning of “regulated building”",
  "text": "(1) In this Act “regulated building” means a building that—\n(a) contains at least 2 residential units, and\n(b) is wholly or mainly in Wales.\n(2) But the meaning of “regulated building” does not include a building of a description set out in Schedule 1.\n(3) In this Chapter—\n(a) sections 3 and 4 make provision about the meaning of “building” for the purposes of this section;\n(b) section 5 makes provision about the meaning of “residential unit”;\n(c) section 6 divides regulated buildings into 3 categories;\n(d) section 7 provides for ancillary areas to be included in references to a regulated building or to a regulated building of a particular category.",
