# Building (Scotland) Act 2003, Paragraph 2


In section 21(3) (definition of “building”) of the Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968, for “29(1) of the Building (Scotland) Act 1959” substitute “ 55(1) and (2) of the Building (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 8) ”.
