Regulation 2 Amendment of the Building (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022

The Building (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022^f1 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (5).

In regulation 1(3) (citation and commencement) for “1 December 2022” substitute “1 February 2023”.
