  "text": "(1) The Building (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (5).\n(2) In regulation 1(3) (citation and commencement) for “1 October” substitute “1 December”.\n(3) In the heading to Part 3 (amendment of the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 on 1 October 2022) for “1 October” substitute “1 December”.\n(4) In the heading to regulation 7 (amendment of the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 – 1 October 2022) for “1 October” substitute “1 December”.\n(5) In regulation 11 (transitional provision)—\n(a) in paragraph (a) for “1 October” substitute “1 December”,\n(b) in paragraph (b)(i) for “1 October” substitute “1 December”,\n(c) in paragraph (b)(ii) for “31 January” substitute “31 March”.",
