  "text": "BUILDING AND BUILDINGS\nMade 16th September 2008\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 18th September 2008\nComing into force 4th January 2009\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 8(8) of the Building (Scotland) Act 2003 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 1(2) of the Building (Scotland) Act 2003 they have consulted with the Building Standards Advisory Committee and such other persons as appear to them to be representative of the interests concerned.",
