  "text": "Building And Buildings\nMade 17th February 2011\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 21st February 2011\nComing into force 1st May 2011\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 8(8), 24, 33 and 36 of the Building (Scotland) Act 2003 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 1(2) of that Act they have consulted with such persons as appear to them to be representative of the interests concerned.",
