Regulation 3 Amendment of the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 – 1st October 2015

The Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In Schedule 5, in the limitation to the standard contained in paragraph 6.3 (heating system)^f1 omit sub-paragraph (c) and “or” immediately preceding that sub-paragraph.
