Coming into force 1st July 2016

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 54(2) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Building (Scotland) Act 2003^f1 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with section 1(2) of that Act^f2 they have consulted with such persons as appear to them to be representative of the interests concerned.
