  "text": "(1) The Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).\n(2) In schedule 5 (building standards applicable to design and construction), in paragraph 2.4 (cavities)—\n(a) omit “unseen”, and\n(b) for “concealed spaces” substitute “cavities”.",
