  "text": "The amendments made by Part 2 of these Regulations do not apply to work, which by virtue of regulation 5 and schedule 3 of the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004, does not require a building warrant if that work is—\n(a) completed before 1 June 2022, or\n(b) not completed before that date and—\n(i) the contract for the work is entered into before 1 June 2022, and\n(ii) the work is completed on or before 30 September 2022.",
