  "text": "The amendments made by these Regulations do not apply to work which, by virtue of regulation 5 and schedule 3 of the Building (Scotland) Regulations 2004, does not require a building warrant provided that the work is—\n(a) completed before 6 April 2026, or\n(b) not completed before that date and—\n(i) the contract for the work is entered into before 6 April 2026, and\n(ii) the work is completed on or before 6 October 2026.",
