  "text": "Every conversion, to which these regulations apply, shall meet the requirements of the following standards in schedule 5 in so far as is reasonably practicable, and in no case be worse than before the conversion:\n(a) the standards in section 1, structure;\n(b) standards 2.2, 2.4, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.12 in section 2, fire;\n(c) standards 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.10, 3.15, 3.16, 3.19 , 3.28 in section 3, environment;\n(d) standards 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.8, 4.10 , 4.14 in section 4, safety; and\n(e) standards 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6 in section 6 energy.",
