Article 11 Use of name in documents sent or made available by electronic transmission
In Schedule 2 to the 1986 Act, in sub-paragraph (2A) of paragraph 9 (use and change of name)f1, after “the following documents,” insert “in every electronic communication containing any of the following documents and on every web site on which any of the following documents is published,”.
