  "text": "For the purposes of this Schedule, a scheme—\n“qualifies for recognition” if it makes provision for the matters specified in Part I of Schedule 12 and the services action in relation to which is subject to investigation under the scheme consist of or include one or more relevant services; and\n“conforms to the relevant requirements” if, in relation to a relevant service, it makes action in relation to that service subject to investigation in accordance with Part III of that Schedule;\nand any reference to a scheme qualifying for recognition, or being recognised, to any “extent\" indicates recognition of it for the purpose of investigations of action in relation to one or more relevant services.",
