  "text": "(1) For the purposes of this Part of this Schedule, the “prescribed amount” is £100 or such other amount as the Treasury by order specify for the time being.\n(2) The power to make an order under sub-paragraph (1) above shall be exercisable by statutory instrument subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.\n(3) An order under sub-paragraph (1) above may contain transitional, consequential or supplementary provision.",
