  "heading": "Amendments, repeals, revocations and transitional and saving provisions.",
  "text": "(1) The enactment specified in Schedule 18 to this Act shall have effect with the amendments made by that Schedule.\n(2) Subject to the saving provisions of Schedule 20, and of any order under section 121, the enactments specified in Schedule 19 to this Act are hereby repealed or revoked to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.\n(3) Where any enactment amended or repealed or revoked by subsection (1) or (2) above extends to any part of the United Kingdom, the amendment or repeal or revocation extends to that part.\n(4) The transitional and saving provisions of Schedule 20 to this Act shall have effect.",
