Article 1 Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Building Societies Act 1997 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1997.

In this Order “the Act” means the Building Societies Act 1997 and “the 1986 Act” means the Building Societies Act 1986^f1.
