Paragraph 22 I1

(1)

In subsection (1) of section 56 of the 1986 Act (inspections and special meetings: general), for the words “subsidiary of or body associated with” there shall be substituted the words “ connected undertaking of ”.

(2)

In subsections (3) and (4) of that section—

(a)

for the words “subsidiary of or body associated with” there shall be substituted the words “ connected undertaking of ”; and

(b)

for the words “subsidiary or associated body” there shall be substituted the words “ connected undertaking ”.

(3)

In subsections (6) and (8) of that section, for the words “subsidiary or associated body” there shall be substituted the words “ connected undertaking ”.
