# Building Societies Act 1997, Paragraph 43


(1) In subsection (3) of section 95 of the 1986 Act (mergers: provisions supplementing sections 93 and 94), for the words “subsections (4) to (9)” there shall be substituted the words “ subsections (4) to (6) ”.
(2) Subsections (7) to (9) of that section shall cease to have effect.
