  "text": "(1) After section 6B of the 1986 Act there shall be inserted the following section—\n“ Discharge of mortgages.\n6C Schedule 2A to this Act, which contains supplementary provisions as to the discharge of mortgages, shall have effect.”\n(2) After Schedule 2 to the 1986 Act there shall be inserted, as Schedule 2A, the provisions set out in Schedule 2 to this Act (supplementary provisions as to the discharge of mortgages).",
