  "text": "BUILDING SOCIETIES\nMade 29th October 1992\nLaid before Parliament 4th November 1992\nComing into force 15th December 1992\nThe Building Societies Commission, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 7(10), 8(3) and 20(9) of the Building Societies Act 1986, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following rules:",
